The room was beautiful with a nice tub and private Jacuzzi. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Dipa and Ranti. The food was very good.

Our stay at Sumitra was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The service was exceptional every staff member was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The room itself was very spacious, stunning, and modern, with a layout that was thoughtfully designed. The breathtaking view made every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The lazy river was such a unique and relaxing experience a true highlight of our trip. We also loved Flow Restaurant, which served some of the best dishes we’ve ever had in Bali, beautifully presented and full of flavor. The Kids Club was another big plus our children absolutely loved it! It gave my wife and myself the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy some peaceful time together. the SU Spa, was incredibly rejuvenating. Everything at this resort exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the best resort experience in Bali!

Wonderful small hotel in a great location. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff team who were always willing, warm and professional. Thank you to them all. Clean and comfortable room with really good air-con. Beautiful pool area - quiet and serene. Good food and drink - brilliant breakfast. Great cooking class experience.
