“The house was so clean, comfortable, and the pontoon boat was an added bonus. The fire pit was also an excellent addition. The garage with the extra refrigerator was great for larger groups to store all our excess food and drinks. Definitely would recommend this rental house and we will definitely be coming back to Jarvis Lake. ”

“My 11 friends and I stayed for a weekend and it was amazing! The house is exactly as described and big enough to comfortably house and sleep 12 adults. The bathrooms are plentiful and the kitchen and living room were large enough to fit everyone at once. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room couch was also super comfortable. The location is also perfect, and walking distance to downtown and the beach. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer! The only minor gripe was that……

“Great stay! Location location location…You can walk to everything; beach, shops, restaurants, marina etc…Home is just as pictured . Very clean! Loved the front porch, swim spa and movie theater. Lots of space inside to spread out! Communication / response time with owner was fabulous. Thanks!”

“If you have a large family and want to do a quick weekend vacation this house is amazing. The pool was perfect for the kids and even us adults getting to sit on the deck. The host was so great with responses when I had a question. Aside from running short on towels this house was perfect with so much more sleeping areas and fun lofts to sleep in for the kids. Would highly recommend and would stay again!”

“check-in was seamless. Backyard facilities as advertised and were fantastic. we had a multi-generational group and things could not have been better. Sally responded very quickly to two questions. Only issue was beach was more like a 1/2 hour walk rather than 15 minutes. ”
