「My wife and our two kids visited the property in dec 2025. We upgraded to a panoramic suite which was absolutely beautiful. We were originally placed in a second floor pano suite however we were unhappy about this and were moved the same day to a 4th floor panoramic suite - same room but far better view with great privacy. The hotel didn’t ever seem to get above 40% occupancy which was absolutely fantastic for us as a family - no queues for breakfast, plenty of sun beds and the ability to...

「We'd a bad experience as first because the every night music noise created by Irish pub which is opposite to our hotel. It started from night till 3-4 am every night. We can't resist even having ear block while our kids can't fall sleep all night. The next night, thanks for the hotel mgr, Ms Gurjar, we were moved to another suite which is fabulous and sleep well. Overall, hotel room is much bigger than average and is closed to every theme park (without 5 min drive by uber). Highly recommend....

「要玩亞斯島,住這邊就對了,還依據人數面費贈送門票,我們吃了早餐和晚餐,晚餐當場和飯店加訂也是很容易有座位和住房優惠。走路可到華納兄弟樂園,要到其他的樂園就要請飯店叫一下計程車比較快。 入住飯店時,我們在前往飯店的計程車上遺漏一了一件行李,裡面有小朋友的遊樂器材,感謝現場服務人員kayla、christine、elizabeth等人的協助,用電話幫我們溝通計程車送回,有被收合理的計程車送回車資,但行李對我們來說才是最重要的,物品也都沒遺漏, 滿分的飯店,餐飲和服務人員,推薦大家來入住。」

「We had a very enjoyable stay at the Double Tree on Yas Island. The kitchen is well-equipped, room was spotless, and the distance to parks was perfect. The WB and Waterworld were walkable and other parks were a short taxi ride. There is a shuttle from the hotel but we didn’t use it. Staff were all very friendly. I would stay there again. 」
