「The room was not actually clean. I found hair in the bathroom more than once that was not mine. The floor was dirty, towels were reused and the staff was not exactly friendly. They were giving suspicious stares, taking forever to acknowledge the guests and not helpful. The elevators in this hotel are terrible and the key "stopped working"..... Maybe they locked me out so they could finish cleaning the room. The cleaning staff were the only ones actually kind and helpful. Front desk not genuine....

「I would like to recommend this hotel.
Airport transfer is super, they guided me in the 3 Terminal Exit.
Breakfast is fine. There’s a lot of choice.
My only complaint is :The hot water pool and the cold water pool not very clean.」
