Spacious duplex apartment in a small 2 apartment building located in the 'Old Banylus'.
Its 4 bedrooms, vast living room with open plan kitchen, Its 4 bedrooms, 3 terraces, of which 2 are south facing with panoramic view of the Banylus bay and its complete equipment will allow you to enjoy your stay as comfortable as possible.
3 bedrooms have a double 200x 160 bed or 2 200 x 80 single beds. The fourth bedroom has 2 190x90 single beds. All bedrooms have much storage space. In summer days, the air-conditioning will allow you to sleep comfortably.
Every storey has a shower room with Italian shower and separate WC.
The kitchen and the living room have direct access to the main terrace, where you will find a large table for 12 persons and a BBQ.
The apartment is equipped with Internet access DVD player and a HI Fi Player.
Sheets, bath towels and cleaning are included. The apartment should be left clean and tidy.
Everything is accessible by foot, less than 500 m away (the village, shops, beaches, etc.) a large garage will allow you to forget about parking problems.

Banyuls, small Catalan village between the sea and the mountains, where you will discover the beauty of the Rocky coast, from Collioure to Cadaques, in Spain.
There are many diving centres where you will discover the world of Mediterranean sea life in the Cerbère-Banylus marine nature reserve. You will have the option to go hiking through the Pyrenees, with stunning views of the sea and, for those who are interested in old stone buildings, the Roman churches and abbeys from the countryside.

Finally, you will have the option to simply enjoy your holiday relaxing and tasting the local delicacies and the wines of the Banylus and Collioure regions.

Breathtaking views

This property was beautiful! The views from all the balconies was breathtaking and the location was perfect for us. Lots of uphill walking so keep that in mind when booking. Need to be in good shape to walk up and down every day. The weather was good and we had an unforgettable time in the town of Banyuls. Thanks Krystelle for your hospitality!

Tolle Apartment - Toller Blick - Leider mit Kommunikationsproblemen

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, sauber, groß und mit tollem Blick von der Terrasse auf Banyusl-sur-Mer und das Mittelmeer. Die Betten sind bequem und das Apartment ist mittels Fahrstuhl sehr gut erreichbar. Die Garage ist groß und auch für größere Fahrzeuge nutzbar. Die Lage mitten im Ort ist sehr gut, trotzdem ist es ruhig und man kann seinen Aufenthalt genießen. Abzüge gibt es aber auf Grund der Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin. Im Inserat ist u.a. "English" als Sprache angegeben. Eine Kommunikation in English war aber leider nicht möglich, da die Verwalterin kein English spricht. Gleichfalls wurde der Check in unerwartet auf 16:30 verschoben, d.h. wir haben 30 Minuten vor der Tür gewartet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer lief dann deutlich besser.

Tolle Unterkunft, entsprach der Beschreibung und hat alle Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Sehr schöne Lage und Aussicht, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Kiesstrand mit kleinen und mittleren Kieselsteinen: angenehm zum sitzen. Schöne Zimmer für 8 Personen, große Terrassen, die Küche hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Praktischer E-Grill, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Wäscheleinen und -klammern, große Garage und Aufzug in beide Ebenen. Vielen Dank! Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Das Apartment ist noch besser, als im Inserat beschriebn. Es ist sehr groß und hat tolle Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer. Banyuls ist nicht sehr groß und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Der check-in war flexibel und verlief tadellos. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Très bons contacts avec Fréderic puis Krystelle, toujours à l’écoute et réactive. L’appartement, situé dans un quartier calme, est spacieux, bien agencé et bien équipé.
