Exclusive house with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea

The house is located in the private gated community 'Troc Pinell' and was completely renovated in 2003 and 2005 with exclusive facilities. You enter the house through a small courtyard, where you can set up a garden table to eat.

The house comprises two floors three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), a separate kitchen and a very spacious living room with two large glass sliding windows, the beautiful panoramic views of the wide Mediterranean and the small beach cove 'Troc Pinell 'offer. This bay, which can be down from the stairs from the house is within 5 minutes, ideal for swimming, snorkeling and diving. Likewise, lead directly from the house beautiful hiking trails along the coast.

The living room has access to the wind protected terrace (orientation South).

The kitchen is furnished to a high and is equipped among other things with modern induction and ceramic hob.

The small beach cove that is situated in a nature reserve and is therefore particularly protected, can be reached by a small private road without a car within five minutes. Because of their natural marine diversity of the bay is very suitable for snorkeling and diving.

The surrounding landscape is idyllic, very quiet, but still very close to the center of Banyuls (10 minute walk). Banyuls itself is a popular and busy seaside resort (3000 inhabitants) with many restaurants, bars and shops. The port of Banyuls is also in close proximity (500 meters), where there are shops to rent kayaks, diving equipment and boats. Fishing boat trips or mini cruises are also possible.
The house is about 40 minutes drive from Perpignan Airport, 2 hours 30 minutes from Barcelona and 1 hour 30 minutes from Girona. Ryanair flies to the airports to Perpignan and Girona.

The beautiful coastal towns of Port-Vendres and Collioure are just 15 and 25 minutes, the Spanish border in about 15 minutes.

Un merveilleux séjour

Tout a concouru pour que ce séjour soit une parenthèse enchantée en fin d'année et en début d'année nouvelle. Monsieur Julien nous a chaleureusement accueilli dans une maison idéalement située au-dessus de la plage du Troc et à la propreté parfaite. Rien ne manquait dans l'équipement très complet de la maison. Le beau temps nous a permis de belles sorties sur les sentiers côtiers, à Collioure, Banyuls, Port-Vendres et en Espagne. Nous avons passé de très bons moments, il nous tarde de revenir !

Südfrankreich-Aufenthalt wie man ihn sich wünscht

Das Feriendomizil ist eine Art Reihenhaus auf zwei Stockwerken in einer abgeschlossenen Ferienhaus-Siedlung, es gibt einen Privatzugang zu einer schönen kleinen Bucht. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich, die Anlage war im September sehr ruhig. Das Erdgeschoß scheint sehr neu renoviert zu sein und umfasst eine tolle Küche, Essbereich und Couch, sowie einen Balkon mit Meerblick und einen Sitzbereich vor dem Haus. Das Untergeschoß hat zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad sowie einen Funktionsbereich (Waschmaschine, etc.). Das Bad ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional und sauber. Folgendes möchten wir hervorheben: - Haus und Ausstattung entsprechen zu 100% der Beschreibung, inkl. Klimatisierung in jedem Raum - Die Betten/Matratzen sind auch für etwas schwergewichtige Gäste (wie uns) hervorragend! - Man bekommt bereits im Inserat eine sehr präzise Beschreibung, wie z.B. Parksituation, Müllentsorgung, etc. - Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Herrn Julien und seine Familie ist absolut überdurchschnittlich!! Super angenehm, Gäste-orientiert und flexibel, jederzeit ansprechbar! Vielen Dank Daniel und family-team! Fazit: super Domizil, alles perfekt. Sehr empfehlenswert

Traumaussicht

Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns der Blick auf die Bucht sofort gefesselt - wundervoll! Wir sind von Daniel ausgesprochen freundlich begrüßt und mit guten Tipps versorgt worden. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Die Küche ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Jeder Raum ist klimatisiert. Die Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alle wichtigen Haushaltsgeräte sind vorhanden. Um in die Bucht zu kommen, in welcher man ganz toll schnorcheln kann, muss man gut zu Fuß sein. Taucherbrille und vor allem Badeschuhe nicht vergessen. Die Sonnenaufgänge auf dem Balkon waren einzigartig. Banyuls ist in 5-10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Dort ist im Sommer abends offensichtlich immer etwas geboten. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus!

Der Blick aus dem Fenster/ Balkon und das Meeresrauschen ist traumhaft. Die Terrasse hat morgens Sonne, sodass man den ganzen Nachmittag im Schatten sitzen kann. Die Bucht tatsächlich sehr schön und perfekt, dass man nicht erst lange laufen oder einen Parkplatz suchen muss. Auch zum Ort/ Baguette kaufen kann man zu Fuß über einen Fußweg. Die Küche ist sehr modern und hat alle Geräte und vor allem einen sehr großen Kühlschrank! Gerne wieder!

Emplacement de rêve mais couchag ne correspondant pas à nos attentes

Ce séjour aurait été parfait dans une maison confortable et bien équipée si nous n’avions pas été confrontés à des problèmes de couchage liés à l’imprécision de l’annonce et de la réponse à notre demande d’information par mail : nous avions besoin de deux lits séparés pour ma mère et ma tante et soit d’un lit queen size, soit de deux autres lits séparés, pour mon mari et moi. Il s’est avéré que les lits « extra-larges » de l’annonce n’étaient que des lits d’1,40. Cela nous ayant été indiqué en réponse à notre mail, nous avons cru que les deux lits séparés qui nous avaient été confirmés pour la troisième chambre complèteraient bien nos besoins. Mauvaise surprise à l’arrivée : l’un des lits était un lit gigogne, trop petit pour un adulte et équipé seulement d’un sommier tapissier sans matelas pardessus. Mon mari qui s’est galamment sacrifié pour les trois autres femmes y a passé de très mauvaises nuits. Malgré la vue magnifique, nous n’aurions pas pris cette location qui ne correspondait pas à nos besoins de couchage, prioritaires dans notre sélection. Il conviendrait donc de corriger l’annonce à ce sujet et également changer l’heure de départ qui est différente de celle du contrat.

Excellent place to stay: roomy, good outdoor seating, excellent equipment in kitchen and laundry. Good to have range of toys for the children. Top notch wi-fi too. Only thing I would have liked was a change of towels and bedding at end of first week. We washed and dried them, but it took time out of other activities.
