The accommodations are on the first floor. The apartment is on the first floor but access to the interior is via two steps. The private courtyard with its gas barbecue offers a real haven of peace. The place is ideal for relaxing in peace, surrounded by greenery, with a touch of freshness brought by the orange tree. You can enjoy this outdoor space for moments of relaxation after your days of walking/swimming.

Collioure, voted France's favourite village in 2024, is only a few kilometres away, and it is a must-see in the region, with its picturesque atmosphere, beaches, colourful alleys and royal castle. The nearby underwater trails of Pierrefitte will offer you a unique diving experience, as will the many diving and sailing clubs in the area. If you like water activities, you will be delighted to be able to enjoy the sea while exploring the seabed or kayaking, paddleboarding, or windsurfing.

The vineyards of Banyuls and Collioure, renowned for their exceptional wines, are also to be discovered. You can visit the local wineries, taste the famous natural sweet wines and enjoy the incredible panoramas offered by the vineyards overlooking the sea.

The area is also perfect for hiking through the surrounding mountains, with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the green landscapes.

Traveller access
This apartment is part of a family home that has been passed down for almost 60 years. Recently, we have completely renovated it and transformed it into two independent, modern and comfortable accommodations. Each accommodation has its own access, guaranteeing total autonomy and privacy.

It is also possible to rent the entire house, i.e. the two apartments, to accommodate up to 12 people (6 per accommodation). An ideal solution for a holiday with friends or family, enjoying shared moments while maintaining everyone's privacy.
Other remarks
Arrival is done independently thanks to a key box and electronic lock system, offering you great flexibility, including for last-minute arrivals. I remain available and responsive to answer all your questions, whether via Airbnb messaging or by phone.

End of stay cleaning is included in the rate. Guests are simply asked to leave the apartment in a correct condition: tidy up, empty the bins and dishwasher.

Additional cleaning services can be offered on request, as an option and at an additional cost.

Bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra charge of €20 per room, to be agreed upon after booking.
