“This is a gorgeous boutique hotel -- it felt like an oasis to us. The rooms are very spacious and many of them are their own little bungalow. The hotel was clearly set up by someone who had passion for this; the detailing and decorations are very tasteful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When the main ferry service had terrible delays due to an incident, the manager, Mey, chartered a boat for us and arranged for a car in Bali to get us to our destination. The food at the hotel was……

“Had a great stay here, restaurant is closed so set out for food. There was a tasty food stand outside and found a good restaurant across the street - local eats nothing fancy but good. Pool was nice and there are tables around to spend time in. The front desk gave us a number of a contact for Ijen crater which turned out great. Not far to ferry to Bali. SOme bugs in the room but it comes with the territory. We had to keep toilet seat closed at all times though because it always had ants inside……
