「We were told to go in door 4 as it was closest to the elevator near our room. The whole lock mechanism was missing from the door so it never locked. Quick easy access from that point to get to the pool, which that door wasn’t locked either!」

「Location was great, walkable to downtown. Room was ok, nothing special. River view but no access to a balcony which was disappointing. All of the staff we dealt with were great. The bar and drink selection was good. Food was a huge disappointment. We tried a pizza at night, it was terrible. Tastes like tomato paste instead of pizza sauce. Breakfast was worse. Pancakes had a sour taste, they were remade and still had the sour taste. My husband ended up sick all day from them. The eggs...
