「Staff was friendly.」

「The hotel is behind the mall, tons of areas to find food/supplies within walking distance. The gentleman at the desk was incredibly nice and friendly. We stayed in town for two nights for a tournament. Walking inside, there was a musty smell we had to air out. There must have been units upstairs, the stairs went right above our bedroom closet where there is zero insulation or noise cancellation. So at 3am when they went in and outside, it sounded like a herd of elephants. 」

「The room was discusting, dirty sheets and towels, tub was filthy and I walked on the floor in my bare feet and my feet turned black. The owner charged me $30 per night extra for my dog, not mentioned anywhere on the web site and $15 for "incidentals" whatever that means.」
