“We had a great experience staying in this hotel, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were big and comfortable, spotless, the AC work very well, the location was right in the middle of the best areas of the city not too far by car to the Provenza area and all the nice resturants and bars in town, keep in mind the Medelling is heavy in traffic. “I had the most relaxing time at Royal. The staff was excellent. The breakfast restaurant was great, not alot of options but breakfast was good, the eggs and papayas were always delicious!!! “We come from Hong Kong. All the lobby securities are very nice, we do not speak Spanish but they do patiently offer us help. We appreciated that. We do have a noise problem during our stay, as we were in lower floor near public area. People would stay for chatting and chilling during late night and early morning. We contact the staff about it, and they have improved that problem. Location may not be in the center but the area is safe for living and 10mins walk to the metro station or shopping……
