「Room were clean and tidy, staff were very welcoming & attentive. There was plenty of car parking. There were tea & coffee facilities in the room. We were able to order breakfast easily and it was freshly cooked and very nice. Overall a lovely over night stay」

「I arrived just before 6pm to find my room wasn’t ready, so I waited in the bar. When I finally got in, the room was okay but lacked basic in‑room amenities—there were no cups or kettle, as these are kept in a separate kitchen, which was sparsely stocked. Although I knew the bathroom was shared, I was surprised there was no sink in the room. There were also cobwebs that hadn’t been cleaned, and the door didn’t feel secure; it kept banging in the wind overnight until I wedged it shut. Breakfast...

「Just used Crown for a night's sleep, no breakfast, all fine for my needs although room only had roof windows. 」

「This price is not worth it. We booked one night, when we arrived at the hotel, there keycard system something wrong, we got the room without keycard for few hours, really inconvenient. We went to swimming pool, though the door without keycard, so we can’t entre, we back to reception again, after that we were waiting for the leisure reception staff a long time, really angry about it.」
