This apartment is located within 1 km of Barcelona’s Plaza Espanya and Fira Exhibition Centre. The apartment is just within 850 metres of Sant Antoni Market, with the Raval district just beyond. Las Arenas Shopping Centre, a converted bullring, is located in Plaza Espanya Located within 400 metres, Urgell Metro Station takes you to Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas in just 2 stops. Airport buses leave from Plaza Espanya every 15 minutes.
The apartment was renovated in January 2017.
The apartment is a bright and modern apartment with all comfort to chill after a long day visiting the city. You´ll love the place not only because of where it is located but also for its cozy area. It offers modern, air-conditioned apartment (integrated), central heating, with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen Smart TV.
The apartment has a private balcony. New equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave and a Nespresso Coffeemachine, as well as a washing machine. There are comfortable beds or fancy decoration and above all this a very bright apartment. The apartment is suitable for couples, thrill seekers, business travelers, families with kids and big groups.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with 2 double beds and one bedroom with two single beds (can be joined together). As well the apartment has a little closet room.

The property is spacious, clean, and comfortable. WiFi and AC worked well. The unit is in a quiet neighborhood, but centrally located. Would definitely recommend!

Gemütliches Apartment
Sehr schön und zentral gelegen im Stadtbezirk San Antonio. Liegt im 4 Stock mit kleinem Balkon und geräumigen Wohn und Essbereich.
Betten sehr bequem. Für 190 große Leute ev. Etwas kurz. Sehr sauber aber nicht neuwertig.
Insgesamt tolle Wohnung aber auch sehr teuer.

Lovely Apartment-Looks just like pictures
The apartment was very nice, clean and just like the pictures. The building itself is very loud in the hallway/stairwell, but luckily the bedrooms are at the other end of the apartment. A/C works well and great kitchen.

Great location
Property was ideally located and clean but both showers were not safe. The surface was very slippery and there were no shelves for holding soap/shampoo and needed to be left on shower floor. A simple suction cup tray is recommended.

Great location and apartment was spacious and as described.
Beautifully remodeled turn of the century building with antique elevator. The apartment has lots of sunlight and was very comfortable and near lots of restaurants and shops.

Good location and great communication
I used this apartment as a base for work for a couple of weeks. The apartment was in a great location, easy walking to shops and restaurants, and was comfortable and well-maintained. Toni was excellent with communication and was quickly available when one minor issue cropped up. Highly recommend.
