The space
The 90m2 apartment is located in a family and quiet residential area with private surveillance 24h, close to the beach and perfect train station to reach Barcelona in approx 35/40 min. trains every 15 min from 5 am to midnight.
IMPORTANT It is located on the third floor without an elevator with excellent views of the sea from the terrace.
The three bedrooms consist of 2 double beds, one bunk bed for two people and a single bed. The two renovated bathrooms consist of a shower, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, AC, good internet connection and parking plaza. There is also at your disposal a recreation area with ping pong, mini golf and two swimming pools open all year (adults and children) open from 9h to 23h.

- Once check-in the guest has 1 hour to file any claim or disagreement due to lack of cleanliness, odors, humidity, etc., in order to apply the cancellation and refund of the reservation, after this time it is assumed that the guest is satisfied with the whole department especially with cleaning, with smells, humidity, with furniture.
