Great Location

We enjoyed the neighbourhood and the proximity to what Barcelona has to offer. We were able to walk to most sites we wanted to see. Check in process was easy and there was flexibility for an early check in. The place was basic but met our needs. Closing the shower door was a bit tricky. Only major draw back was major construction across the street so it was quite noisy.

ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT

Pros: - A few steps away from the Bogatell train station - Close to restaurants - Walking distance to the beach - Very responsive host Cons: - Very small bathroom - Small balcony where we hung our clothes to dry - No soap holder in shower - Toilet seat cover came off (it did get repaired) - Have to be very careful opening the shower sliding doors to make sure its sliding wheels don’t come off the rail - TV turns on but there are no programs - Door knob came off when turned (issue brought up to management) Hope the management makes some improvements and good luck to the next renters.

Schöner Urlaub am Strand

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Man kann in 10 Minuten zum Strand gehen. Es gibt in der unmittelbarer Umgebung, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants. Die Metrostation liegt direvor der Tür.Die Baustellen gegenüber und nebenan haben uns nicht gestört.Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche scheint recht neu zu sein. Die Wohnung an sich hat schon bessere Tage gehabt. Es gibt einen Aufzug direkt vor die Wohnungstür, was mit bepäck sehr praktisch ist.Der Balkon ist sehr schmal, man kann keine Stühle aufstellen. Das Wohnzimmer ist zum Innenhof orientiert und dadurch recht dunkel. Das ist auch der einzige Punkt, den wir als nicht ideal empfunden haben.Ansonsten ist es eine praktische Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage.
