This unique and renovated 3-bedroom apartment in Barcelona is ideal for families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in the very center of Barcelona.

The apartment features a unique roll-up shutter as the entrance door; the entry is at street level and has a private entrance.

The living room is furnished with a large sofa. Additionally, there is a quiet space with cushions, creating a cozy and informal area to gather and spend quality time together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware you’ll need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. The apartment also includes ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The apartment has two rooms with double beds and one room with a single bed, providing ample sleeping space for everyone, all with linens.

The 1.5 bathrooms contain all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property features a backyard, a serene and private space ideal for relaxing and unwinding after a day exploring the vibrant city.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

El Raval is a neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona. It's situated to the west of the famous La Rambla Avenue. El Raval is known for its diverse and multicultural atmosphere, historic sites, artsy vibe, and ongoing urban revitalization efforts.

The neighbourhood has a strong artistic presence, with various galleries, studios, and cultural centres. The Contemporary Art Museum of Barcelona (MACBA) is located in El Raval, showcasing modern and contemporary art.

El Raval is one of Barcelona's most culturally diverse neighbourhoods, with a mix of different ethnicities, languages, and backgrounds contributing to its unique character.

Despite its modern transformation, El Raval still preserves historical landmarks. One notable site is the medieval Hospital de la Santa Creu, which now houses the Library of Catalonia and the Museum of Contemporary Art. Sant Pau del Camp is a historic church and is one of the oldest in Barcelona and is located in El Raval. It's a great example of Romanesque architecture and is worth a visit for its historical significance.

The neighbourhood is adjacent to La Rambla, one of Barcelona's most famous streets. While La Rambla is not part of El Raval, it's just east of the neighbourhood and easily accessible. The Mercat de la Boqueria is a famous market near El Raval's edge, offering a wide range of fresh produce, local products, and international foods.

El Raval offers a vibrant nightlife with numerous bars, cafes, and restaurants. It's a popular spot for locals and tourists, especially in areas like Carrer dels Joaquins and Carrer de Joaquín Costa.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Paral·lel, is just a 5-minute walk.

Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

A monthly fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note that there isn't a phone cover on the first floor, only on the second floor.
