The staff was so accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly (especially Enrique)! The location was perfect as it was close to the metro and in between Gothic and El Born areas! Definitely would stay here afai!

The property was very centrally located near restaurants and walkable to many sites of interest including the Prado Museum and the Reina Sophia Museum. The staff were very helpful, especially Mariano when we had problems with our flights, one of which was cancelled abruptly due to a Lufthansa strike. The rooms were very spacious and had a separate bathroom which was large. We were in a basic deluxe room.

Overall my stay was outstanding. The location was perfect for experiencing this are on foot. The metro’s/subway was within a block of the hotel that allowed me to get to the famous sites. The terrace was nice to see the sun set, relax, and have a glass of wine after walking around all day. Gothic area does not sleep so after a rest back out for a late Tapas dinner.
