Some of the front desk staff were dismissive and unhelpful. The lobby was over-scented with some piped in fragrance that was almost oppressive, headache-inducing, and overwhelming. The heavy fragrance was somewhat lighter in the elevators and thankfully, not piped into the individual rooms. Bar staff and doormen were good. Housekeeping staff was good. I would not stay here again despite the convenience of the location. That fragrance was over-the-top.
