Great Location!

Loved this place! The place was clean and comfortable. The windows made for great people watching. The area could not have been more perfect....an empanada store, markets, restaurants, pharmacies all within one block! The apartment is about 4-5 blocks from the fancy stores and the hop-on/hop-off bus stops. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great apartment

Great place to stay. Very spacious, great view of the street and an impeccable location (multiple metro stops close buy and Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo and La Pedrera all within short walking distance). Even our friends who live in Barcelona were impressed by the size, location and street views. Apartment owner was always very quick to respond, even on weekends at odd hours (we had our initial flight cancelled and got in at a much later time than originally planned). Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Barcelona

First, the communication was seemless. Everything they said they would do, they did! Extremely helpful and their service put my mind at ease from the beginning. The location was perfect. Great location!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful location. I enjoyed having the big windows to watch the activity outside. The owner is super helpful but we really had no issues that needed addressing. It is nice having 3 larger beds to accommodate my adult sons. All in all we are very happy we stayed here.

Barcelona Vacation

We stayed in this property when vacationing in Barcelona this summer. The location is perfect! Steps away from cafe's, markets, restaurants. About a 10 minute walk from the Segrada Familia and close to city center. The check in was very easy (once we figured out how to use the code/open the doors) and the property management team was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed and was just like the pictures. Would definitely book the apartment again for a future trips.

Christmas Trip to Visit Daughter

We loved this apartment in Central Barcelona! Our 2 young adult sons along with my wife and I were visiting our daughter who is working in Barcelona. The location was perfect, a quick walk to a couple metro stations, with several grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, and other shops a quick walk away. The beautiful bay window is literally a window into the soul of such a great city. We would book this apartment again in a heartbeat!

Texas Meets Barcelona!

This is a beautiful property in a great location! The host was very responsive to a minor issue that we had upon check-in, and had it fixed while we went out to dinner; very thankful for the quick response! Be advised that although the apartment does have one air conditioner, it does not keep this three bedroom apartment comfortable in summer and early fall conditions, and it is very difficult to get a good sleep with it so warm. The beautiful windows offer a nice view of the street below, but there are no curtains for privacy or to block the hot sunshine. This location is safe, quiet and has a nice amount of activity during the day. If you stay here, be sure to enjoy dinner at Cafe del Centre. Just step out of the apartment building and turn left and go about three or four blocks. The food is remarkable!

My husband and I had a fabulous 25-day visit at this light-filled, spacious property in the convenient and beautiful Eixample neighborhood. Everything one could possibly wish to acquire is within easy walking distance, and for longer excursions, there are two subway stops within a 2-block radius: Girona and Verdaguer. We were able to live a luxurious urban lifestyle and to enjoy this well-run, diverse, prosperous city, as well as to entertain some overnight guests in good style. The beds are very comfortable, and we were pleased to have a full kitchen and laundry. The nearby streets are lively, yet there is no problem sleeping. The Collection Barcelona was amazingly available and responsive from the time we booked until the day we left, dealing with everything from schedule changes to minor repairs (same day!), and even suggesting the fabulous Terrace Tapas chef experience. We could have used a cutting board, potholders, sharper knives, and a non-Teflon skillet, but we were able to come up with workarounds. We strongly recommend this property and the Collection! We would stay here again in a minute.

Great place to stay in Barcelona

My family of four - 2 adults, 2 teens - loved this apartment. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The apartment is in a great location - walking distance to shopping and many great restaurants. We like to walk, so we were fine. Communication with the property management was great. They were very proactive in reaching out to us and were quick to respond when a question about the washing machine came up. Check in was very easy, as was access to the building and apartment. Even though we were on the first floor we did not hear street traffic at all. Bathrooms are small, but manageable. The only issue we had was the air conditioning. It was very hot in Barcelona - summer - and whist the air conditioning works in the living area and hallway, there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. Thankfully there were fans and the rooms do eventually cool down. If we ever make it back to Barcelona we would definitely stay here again.

I’ll do my best to be fair in sharing our family experience in the apartment. We always use VRBO and other rental vacational properties every time we travel, so we have lots of experience to compare with. Location is great and that was the only thing that justifies the price. It’s the first time that nobody was waiting for us to show us the apartment since the offer virtual keys. You can say ohhh that’s so smart, but it was not the case, because they never told us where is the modem in order to restart if there was a need. They indicated it was besides the tv in the living room, it was wrong. It was hidden in one of the bedrooms. We mistakenly disconnected since we weren’t aware that the cable was the WiFi. So we were stuck outside until a neighbor came in to the building. The first night we couldn’t sleep, fans that didn’t work, AC very low power. The property manager responded very quickly and brought us two fans. The first night the headboard fell from my son’s bed. Property manager came in and took pictures of all the issues. Then, the microwave stopped working. The living room has only one light bulb, so you need to eat in the dark. If you want to cook, forget about it, kitchen is absolutely empty, some plates, glasses and forks and knives. No freezer. The washer and dryer are hidden in the patio outside. We paid more than USD 500 per night. Such a waste of money.

The location is great lots of shops and restaurants as well as close to several Metro lines and walking distance to many attractions. The kitchen supplies were minimal as far as utensils go no sharp knives or serving spoons etc. but we made do. Over all a good base for a vacation to Barcelona.

Location was excellent. The apartment was bright, comfortable and close to everything! Sagrada Familia is only about a 15 minute walk and there are numerous restaurants and cafes close by.We had an issue with the dishwasher but it was fixed immediately!
