This beautiful apartment with a large private terrace in Sant Gervasi for monthly rentals can accommodate up to 4 people in its 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment has 1 full bathroom for your comfort. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa, TV and direct access to the sunny terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing around Barcelona. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, electric kettle, oven, fridge, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob, allowing you to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals in the comfort of your apartment. In addition, an iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi are provided to ensure a pleasant stay.

-: The Property Manager will send you bank details like (IBAN: ES97 2100 **** **** **** 4518) exact after the reservation to make the 100% payment (Check your spam/junk mail folder too).

-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival.

-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/ High Chair:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
