If you're looking for a comfortable, modern, and perfectly located space for groups, companies, or individual stays, My Space Barcelona has the ideal option for you! Our newly renovated 80 m² apartments are situated in a building with an elevator, and we offer the possibility of renting up to 9 apartments in the same building, accommodating up to 94 people in total.
Whether you need to host a small group or a large company, we have the flexibility to meet your needs. The apartments are fully equipped and furnished, ready to ensure a comfortable stay, whether for a few days, weeks, or months.
Apartment Features:
Size: 80 m² per apartment, with capacity for up to 6 people per unit (3 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 4 single beds, and 1 double sofa bed).
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, fridge, ceramic hob, iron, hairdryer, and more.
Additional Amenities: TV, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer.
Free Wi-Fi throughout the building.
Optional: Private parking in the building (30 €/day).
Ideal for Groups and Companies: This building has 16 additional apartments with similar features, making it perfect for large groups that need to be close to each other while having their own space and privacy. With the capacity to host up to 94 people, you can enjoy the convenience of staying with your colleagues, friends, or family in the same location. Professional Cleaning: We ensure all our apartments are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay, providing a spotless environment for every guest.

Booking Conditions:
Minimum stay of 32 nights.
First payment: 30% of the total upon booking (we do not accept American Express).
Remaining payment: 70% via bank transfer before check-in or in cash at check-in.
Security deposit via credit/debit card at check-in. Refund processed within 7-14 business days.
Flexible check-in: Monday to Sunday, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A 50€ late check-in fee applies for arrivals after hours.
Apartment Rules:
No smoking inside the apartment. If this rule is violated, a 400€ fine will be charged, and the apartment will be immediately vacated.
No parties or events allowed. If a complaint is received or the police intervene, a 400€ fine will be charged, in addition to any police fines.
