These 4-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartments are modern and elegant in style and are located in the attractive L'Eixample district, 50 metres from Diagonal Avenue. The establishment is situated in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants.



The apartments have a balcony, air conditioning, safe, and free Wi-Fi connection.



The living room has comfortable sofas and television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.



It has a spacious main double bedroom, two double rooms and a single room.



The apartment has 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower.



The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.



The apartments are located just 500 metres from the well-known Rambla de Catalunya and 10 minutes walking from the FGC train station in Gràcia and Provença, and the Diagonal metro station that connect with the entire city. A 15-minute walk away we find the exclusive Passeig de Gràcia, where La Pedrera and Gaudí's Casa Batlló are located.



The building has a common area on the roof, with a chill out space, where you can relax after a long day.
