Spacious 4 Bedroom in City Center

This Apartment is very bright and modern. Especially suitable for Families who love this quiet and charming neighborhood of l'Eixample near Sagrada Familia, Passeig de Gràcia and Arc de Triomf. The flat has four bedrooms and a dining room that seats six people. The fully-stocked, Euro-style kitchen is well equipped with a large oven and microwave; a full-sized refrigerator; a toaster, kettle and blender; a dishwasher and washing machine. In the living room, a large sofa looks southwest our through floor-to-floor-ceiling windows to a balcony with a breakfast nook on which to enjoy your café. The apartment comes with a large Television, DVD player and a spacious area to relax with a glass of Cava. The diner table seats six people. An air condition cools the common areas in the summer. In cooler weather, radiators keep the flat toasty (fireplace is not functional). We also offer free WiFi to plan your next day of fun or chat with friends. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, the third bedroom has two single beds and the fourth has one single bed. we use the same linens and towels as 5-star hotels, and they are at your disposal. There are two full bathrooms in the apartment. The master en suite features a combined bathtub and shower, a large mirror, plenty of space for toiletries and a hair dryer. The second bathroom has a shower, a large mirrored cabinet and a hear dryer. Two elevators up to this fourth floor aerie gives your knees a welcome respite after a long day of exploring Barcelona!

The whole apartment is yours. In the kitchen, we stock the important basics such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt, olive oil, vinegar, etc. Maps of Barcelona and information about day tours are also provided. In the bathrooms you will find shampoo, shower gel, and liquid hand soap. We have thought about all the details.

We are not in Barcelona, so we trust our friends from Ruby Slippers BCN to help. They will help you plan your visit if you wish, gladly recommend restaurants and markets nearby, and generally answer to all your questions. Our representatives from Ruby Slippers speak Spanish and Catalan, English, French and Dutch.

Families will especially love this quiet, charming, upscale and very safe neighborhood that is ideally located to so much. Two large grocery stores are conveniently located on our block where you can pick up food, and a bottle of Rioja or Tempranillo. You will also find numerous restaurants and stores close by. There's even and indoor ice skating arena around the corner on Carrer de Roger de Flor! The famous Gaudi apartment building Casa Batllo, and many shops that line Passeig de Gràcia are only a 15-minute walk, while a stroll to the Sagrada Familia takes even less time. Our favorite place for breakfast or lunch is Granja Petitbo, only five minutes away at the corner of Gran Via and Passeig Sant Joan.

Our location south of the Diagonal and on the right side of Passeig de Gràcia is well served via Metro (Steps to Monumental station) and provides easy access to anywhere in the city, including the train to the airport. Plaza Catalunya, Rablas, El Born, The Arc de Triomf and the beaches are only a short distance away by public transport (or even by foot).

Check-in time is at 3pm or later. If you arrive later than 10pm there will be a late check-in fee of € 30. The front door is self-locking. please do not forget your keys in the apartment. upon check-out, just leave the keys on th dining table and close the door behind you. The check-out time is anytime before 11am unless you have pre-arranged a different time. Our housekeeper will usually arrive at 11am to prepare the flat for our next guests.

We trust that our guests will take good care of our home. However, we do have some house rules:

one. Please do not smoke in the apartment.

two. Please do not leave the heating or the air conditioning on when you are out. Best to turn it off when you are going out for the day.

3. We have good relationships with our neighbors and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm.

Four. We do not accept pets.

5. The linen and towels you may find in the wardrobe are for the next guests. Please avoid using them if at all possible.
