In a prestigious residence at the Barcelonnette Golf Course, this beautiful contemporary apartment boasts views of the golf course. Built in 2023, the residence is situated in a prime location thanks to its proximity to the golf course in summer and the cross-country ski trails in winter.

This magnificent two-bedroom apartment features a spacious and bright living room opening onto a lovely terrace, complete with a sofa bed for two.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stovetop, electric kettle, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Two separate bedrooms complete the apartment: one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm).

The apartment has a lovely bathroom and a separate toilet. A private parking space is provided for guests.

You will be charmed by the comfort of this rental and its location in a peaceful and sunny setting, just 2km from the heart of Barcelonnette. Secure golf cart and bicycle storage available in the residence.

6km from Praloup 1500 where a ski locker is reserved for you.

Neues Objekt mit schöner Lage und gute AussichtDie Besitzerin wollte allerdings auf Nachfrage. Keine Nachtische mit Lampen Nachttischlämpchen bereitstellen.Die Agentur hat dann zwei Stühle und zwei alte Lämpchen besorgt.
