"Great Hotel. Excellent guest relations with Prosecco offered while you wait to check in. The room we had was very small, but was sufficient for a 2 night stay. The only reason I didn’t give the stay a 5 star rating was that the room felt a little warm, even though I set the AC way down. However, it may be that the Reception needed to set it lower and I never enquired. "

"We loved the big comfortable bed. The food was good quality, although more vegetarian options would be appreciated. Breakfast was great, lots of options. "Super friendly staff and all of them very helpful, helped with directions to the Ducati museum, which bus to take downtown, selling bus tickets in the lobby and the morning cappuccinos! Very quiet and beds were perfectly firm. Location was very good for our activities and there was a very good restaurant nearby. Since the Ducati factory was closed so we couldn't take that tour we are obviously coming back and will stay here again for sure. Oh yeah, breakfast was very good too!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The sink in my room had no stopper. The towels were sometimes fresh. No hand towel one day. Only one tea bag and coffee sachet each day but several sachets of sugar. There were problems with a leak from the handbasin. It was resolved once but I don't think it was a permanent solution."
