「A l arrive gîte très propre agencement bien. Discussion avec les proprios tout à fais pars hasard visite de la bergerie (Eric et François ) très sympa. Le plus la piscine malheureusement l était fraîche. Dans un périmètre très proche de nombreux sites à visite. Marché de Riberac, les tourbières, l’église d Aube terre etc…..merci à vous deux. 「Située au fond d’un hameau, la maison est très belle, très bien entretenue, très propre. La piscine et autres accessoires permettent de diversifier les activités. Sans parler des visites et randonnées à faire dans les environs. Notre séjour en famille a été prospère et est passé trop vite. Nadine, la propriétaire, est très gentille et disponible. 「Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Manuel. Nous avons profité des différents espaces extérieurs très agréables, ainsi que de la piscine. La maison est charmante, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Sa fraîcheur ( même sans utiliser la climatisation) est très appréciable. Nous nous sommes régalés avec les cadeaux de bienvenue que Manuel nous a gentiment offerts. En résumé, vacances reposantes dans cette magnifique région.」

「Nous avions loué ce gîte pour le mariage de mon fils qui avait lieu au château du village. Le gîte est dans un immense jardin entouré d’arbres et oiseaux dans un environnement très campagnard. Les chambres sont très propres et joliment décorées. Les cuisines et salle de séjour très agréables. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la piscine en raison de la météo mais elle avait l’air superbe. A recommander !」

「We had a lovely week at Franck’s property which is in a perfect location, quiet and a short walk to the centre of Riberac. The house is furnished and equipped to a high standard - in fact as there has been some refurbishment including new bathrooms since the listing photos were published it exceeded our expectations. The pool and garden were ideal to relax in especially in the heat wave we experienced. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot in the Dordogne within walking...

「Groot huis aan de rand van Léoville met 4 ruime slaapkamers en 2 badkamers (waarvan 1 ensuite). Prachtig grote tuin waar je op elk moment van de dag in de zon of schaduw kunt zitten. Vanuit de tuin keek je over mooie velden met bloemen. Het zwembad was mooi en had precies de goede maat voor onze 3 kinderen van 3, 5 en 6 jaar. In de schuur stond heel veel speelgoed en vooral de voetbaltafel was een groot succes. Er is ook genoeg te doen in de omgeving. We hebben verschillende plaatsjes bezocht...
