「Jeff is an awesome host! Very caring and thoughtful. The apartment is quiet, cozy, and convenient. We went for our Ambassador Makers Mark tour, so very convenient. Our big dog was happy and welcome in the apartment. Please do not hesitate to book with Jeff if you are coming to the area!」

「The property is very cozy, quiet, and comfortable! All the details were well thought out and I appreciated the informative labels, such as on the AC. Stayed in the queen bed which was super comfortable as well. Only suggestion would be to add directions on how to find it. I came in after dark and had a difficult time figuring out where it was after Google maps incorrectly sent me to an apartment building nearby. 「We stayed here for a month and it was nothing short of amazing!!. Richard was very easy to work with. He offered us a nice unit. It was fully furnished which was convenient. The unit was immaculate. The neighbors were kind. We felt safe and comfortable. Consider this place in lieu of hotels. You really feel at home. Thank you Richard!!!」

「The property we rented had some flooding, but we were given a replacement property, so that was good. We, were just there to sleep. On that note, the beds were uncomfortable and covered in plastic .」
