“Very convenient to go to city centre, Very nice Breakfast. Space & comfortable room . Just the bath tub & Wash Basin were not draining as fast as usually do , perhasp it's clogging.... We would like to live in again for next trip . ”

“The bathroom was lovely and great toilet paper quality and towels, nice toiletries too. Nice tea tray and bed was comfy. However there was a gaping hole filled with cobwebbed pipes and the view out of the window was over bins. The room was cold but a portable heater was provided and sufficient. Dinner was great, the food was of an acceptable quality but the star of the show was the staff that served dinner. They were not intrusive, but were so helpful, a great steady pace of service. “We were refused service at the restaurant, when we told staff we were willing to wait they said no point you probably won’t get a table. Then we asked if we could eat in our room and they said no. Effectively giving us no food options we had to order pizza as we are unfamiliar with the area and there was nothing within walking distance.”

“Room was nice, staff was friendly, gym was clean and well equipped. Breakfast had very good - recommended. Evening meal was average in terms of quality - probably better to go elsewhere. This hotel is charging for parking in a funny way which spoils check-in experience. This should be included in hotel price. ”

“Parking is good we didn’t have a drink in the bar. We have stayed here many times over the years but it has gone downhill. Poor maintenance in the bathroom… no hot water for a shower or a wash! Went to breakfast and was told we had to be finished within half an hour… people on the next table… the waitress actually asked them to leave!! My husband complained at reception but they just said ok I’ll let them no… with no apology. Also check in not very welcoming! Also they have spoilt the……
