Beautiful setting, very helpful staff. Lovely room. Great location. Slight downside was our room was over the function suite, but the noise stopped by midnight, and we had a great nights sleep after. Their service is great an warm. The receptionists gave us wise advices during snowstorm while showing care of us. The location is so convenience which allows us to drive there safely. We will definietly stay in this hotel in our next visit

The key was missing from the key safe and having phoned the owner it turned out that a member of staff had walked off with the keys. Also no shower gel. With the kitchen being the other side of a vary thin wall i was awaken around 6am by noise in the communal kitchen.
