“We chose a room with a lake view, but the lake was barely visible from the room. We stayed on April 24, and the room was incredibly hot. We had to sleep with the balcony door open because it was impossible to stay inside comfortably. In the evening, we tried calling the reception, but nobody answered, even though the staff had told us someone would be available until 11 PM. When we mentioned this during check-out, we were told that the air conditioning in all rooms only starts working in May.……

“Es handelt sich hierbei um ein wirklich sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Hotel ist wunderschön am Berg mit Blick auf den See gelegen und besitzt eigene Parkplätze so wie auch Tiefgarage. Schon vor der Abreise waren die Besitzer und Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich und dies bestätigte sich auch bei der An- und auch Abreise. Ein wirklich rundum perfektes Hotel, mit einem ganztägig in der Sonne liegenden Pool. Das gesamte Team ist sehr sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! ”

“I almost don’t want to tell anyone about this place, but then the team work so hard, they deserve to be busy! I can’t recommend this place highly enough. From the moment we stepped into reception, we were treated like VIPs, the staff are without exception, incredible. Warm, friendly, professional- every part of the experience feels five star. The family spa is beautiful, the grounds are stunning, the views breathtaking, and the food and drink amazing. We loved waking up to the spectacular……
