If you book through Expedia, check with the accommodation venue. I had to change my booking, almost a week after the booking was made, and the venue had no record of my reservation. Luckily for me, there was still some accommodation available and I booked direct, the venue also informed me that they had had quite a few issues with Expedia not passing on bookings.

Bullanginya Lodge claimed there was no booking

I booked and PAID through Hotels.com I have the confirmed booking and the receipt. When we arrived, reception said they did not have a booking. They said this had happened before with Expedia bookings. So, I had to reserve another room and PAY AGAIN. Now, neither the accommodation, nor Hotels.com/Expedia will accept any responsibility and neither will agree to refund the duplicate payment. Both blame the other. I strongly suggest that you do not book this place through a booking site. In fact, if they don't sort the problem out with Expedia and keep double charging the patron, you might want to reconsider staying here at all.
