Todo en condiciones aceptables, algunas partes del hotel se le notan los años pero es muy poco. Solo un detalle que la app decía que el hotel tenía restaurante y no estaba disponible, afortunadamente hay muchas opciones cerca

Everything and everyone was absolutely wonderful. I only had one thing and that was we paid for the breakfast for every morning (buffet) and they only had it 2 days out of our 9 day stay. We were able to order off the menu. So next time I won’t pay the extra.

This is a simply gorgeous place to stay. The top floor palapa with dipping pool has views towards the lagoon and the Grand Isla hotel. Sunrise on the palapa is very special. Always looking for pet friendly places and this fulfill our expectations because is relaxing place to walk around my dogs no problem. The swimming pools are different but our kids enjoy the afternoon in there.
