"Most of the staff were helpful and professional, especially the staff in the restaurant who were friendly. However the first time I checked in the man was very unhelpful and told me there was no booking in my name and tried to sell me a room. I was upset and then he said 'I need your passport'. I told him again I had booked and paid for a room and he seemed to nod and I gave my passport. He had found my booking but didn't tell me or apologise and there was no welcome.
