Zuerst das positive. Es ist ein mit Liebe ausgestattetes Ferienhaus und der Blick auf den Bodden ist toll. Die Angaben in der Beschreibung sind falsch. Der Reiterhof und die Badestelle sind 1,8km entfernt. Das Haus ist feucht, die Tapeten lösen sich ab, die Dusche und das Bad hat Schimmel. Die Schränke sind dreckig und fleckig, ebenso das Bettzeug. Die Angaben zu Preise der Bettwäsche sind ebenfalls falsch. Die schönen Bilder sind Vergangenheit. Das Haus war mal schön, keine Frage, aber aktuell ist es gesundheitsgefährdend. Unser Sohn hat Asthma und wir konnten während der 2 Wochen auch während der Regenzeiten das Haus kaum nutzen. Und die Kommunikation über Belvilla.de ist ein Scherz. Die interessieren sich nicht für Mängel am Haus. Das soll man mit dem Eigentümer besprechen. Diese hat das zwar nett zur Kenntniss genommen, aber mitgeteilt, dass Forderungen über Belvilla.de zu stellen sein.

Um von den Schlafzimmern zur Toilette zu gelangen, muss man 2 steile Treppen hinuntergehen. Vom Wohnzimmer geht es 1 steile Treppe hinunter zur Toilette. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Ostsee Zimmer. Sehr ruhige Lage. Keine Absaugung in Küche und Bad.
