「we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds.」

「Family of five stayed for a birthday weekend. Beautiful homely spacious cottage, perfect for a group or family. Ensuite bathrooms ensured everyone had space & privacy. The garden is perfect for relaxing & games room brought the family together for valuable social time. It is beside a busy A road, so not exactly quiet. So not ideal for a light sleeper. The lakes were not accessible on foot so a drive into St Neots, to the park, river, pubs, shops & cafes was ideal.」

「A fabulous place to stay if you have any business event to go to at Champneys . very well thought out, a lot of fabulous extra touches that meant we didn't need to bring anything. Berkhamsted is close by and has an amzing selection of places to eat. It has great parking and in a nice setting. We had a little struggle with their agent not sending through the arrival code instructions but it was quickly sorted out over the phone. will definitely stay here again.」

「The holiday home was spacious and had all we needed and more. The rooms were comfortable with a functional living room. Any queries were responded quickly and there was a delicious cake in the fridge when we arrived! The hot-tub was a great extra.」

「I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected.
