「The house was wonderful and certainly suited our needs. However on arrival fridge had been leaking, laundry door open, bbq was dirty, and fridge next to bbq dirty and mouldy and therefore not used during our stay. The 3 garbage bins were still pretty much full to the brim and not been put out for collection by previous guests. 」

It was well suited to us — three friends with two dogs but is also a great place for couples or families. Would love to go back and spend more time there. Not far to walk to the river and boardwalk with beautiful bird song. Lots to do in Barwon Heads and surrounds as well 」

「Such a quiet, peaceful space. The bungalow was comfortable and spacious with everything you need for a few days retreat. Having the BBQ meant that we could cook a meal for ourselves. Just note there is only the BBQ and microwave for food preparation, which worked perfectly with some planning. The bungalow was thoughtfully and tastefully furnished; spacious bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. 「This place was perfect for our family! Enough space for all of us and felt like home. It felt new and modern and very clean inside. The only thing I would mention however we didn’t need to use was the outdoor space. If we were to use it it would have been nice to see that area cleaned too as it would have been quite dirty to walk on bare foot (kitchen upstairs leads out to alfresco dining). However would definitely consider booking again when in Torquay next 」

「Wonderful property in a fab location, central to shops etc Easy access by short drive to mamy of the great beaches in the area. Well appointed, the inclusion of beach gear is a great bonus. Beach towels not supplied, which would be really super not to have to bring or buy would be my only suggestion, given the location. Flexible bedding, we were a party of 5 with 2A, 2 teens amd 1 child. Wish we had more than one night as it would make a great base to stay Would definitely return!」

We booked at short notice, and had a bit of trouble getting in (supplied door code didn't work), but the property manager sorted this out quickly. Inside was fine - good amenities and furnishing - although the beds were extremely soft (uncomfortably so, at least for me), and the dinner plates were too big for the dishwasher. Happy with the experience and can recommend.」
