"Beautiful old home near downtown Tiffin. Bedroom is upstairs. Lots of things to prepare a meal. Great owner to work with and great communication!"

"I hesitate to write this review because we would love to keep this place as our secret but it's just too good not to share. For around the same price as the nicer hotels in town you get a clean and comfortable place to spread out. There is a full kitchen, great living room furniture and really cozy beds and bedding. Parking is easy and you can literally walk around the corner to some great food. We will definitely be staying again. Five stars, would highly recommend."

"The property is dated, however, the room was sooooo clean we could have ate off the floor. I really appreciated that! The owners are new, and very nice. The only complaint I have is that she charged me $35.00 for my service dog. NOT an emotional support animal. A TRAINED SERVICE DOG. Im terminally ill, and this working animal goes with me everywhere! I have identification as well as handicapped permanent plates on my vehicle. Even so, she charged me $35. The owner obviously has no idea about ADA regulations. If I was a different kind of person, they would have contacted a lawyer and caused a lot of heartache for these owners. Lucky for them, I'm not that kind of person. I hope they see this review and do the research. Google is good for reading the regulations regarding service animals. Other than that situation, I would stay there again. But I won't because I'm not going to pay for my service dog. My dog detects low blood sugar and seizures. She is a life saver, literally!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised that they came in and changed out the towels. I hung them up like the sign said and when I retuned they had been changed out with fresh towels. Not a deal breaker by any means but it would be great if they stood by their eco-friendly policy stated on the hang tag in the bathroom. "

Away from it all.

"Jay and Heather were very friendly! Took the whole family for a golf cart tour of the property as well as animals. Exceptionally clean and anything we needed was taken care of immediately. Being out in the middle of nowhere does the mind good. A beautiful pond, manicured and I can attest that it has at least 1-5 lb largemouth bassin it cause I caught it. All in all 5 stars across the board!!!! Excellent!"

"We stayed at this beautiful farmhouse for a weekend while visiting Tiffin, OH. This home is full of character and charm. Plenty of space for the 5 adults in our party. The location and setting are serene. The home is clean, well cared for, and has everything that may be needed for a stay. If we are ever in the area, we would definitely book again."
