This is a budget motel, no reception and no breakfast facility. They make no bones about this. The access was simple and the room small but comfortable. It is close to the SBB and therefore easily accissible.

Check in was a nightmare. The check in kiosk was indoors but the only access to help was outside the locking door so it was at least a two person job, one to talk to staff outside and hold the door open and one to input at the kiosk! A total pain!!!! The bathroom floor was peeling and there was mold in the shower

My review is based on two things when I booked I messaged them to let them know I was with a bike they said they didn’t cater for bikes nor could I take it in the room I should have asked to cancel regardless as this was within minutes of the booking subsequently BA cancelled the flight and they still wouldn’t refund Yes I had bought a inrefundable room however one they couldn’t service and didn’t have any notice regarding a bike policy 2nd ba canceling my flight is not in my hands and they should have at the very least moved my booking therefore they get a rotten eggs review

Love the convenience of the location. The floor plan was unexpected but great; charming. Loved having the two bathrooms (one full, one half). Wish it had air conditioning. It was warm and stuffy when we arrived.

Easy self check-in. Simple rooms with ample amenities that is most importantly clean. Location was great as it is near to the train station and yet not noisy or unsafe. There is a small convenience store just next to it. The only inconvenience was there was no kettle in the room so you have to go downstairs' to dispense hot water. Since there are no staff in operation - be prepared to store your luggage at the train station if you arrive too early
