Hotel in a good location for city centre and public transport links - both trams and main train station. Hotel was very modern and spotless clean. We had a family room and it was comfortable and ideal for families. Breakfast had a wide selection and staff/ service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Great location for staying in Basel - would definitely recommend and stay here again. Within walking distance or tram to city centre. Shops/cafe/bakery within 5 minutes if you don't want to have breakfast in hotel. Great stay and will definitely return 👌

We had a one night stay at this hotel. The room and the bathroom were super clean. The staff was also kind and helpful. The hotel provides a Basel card which means you can use transportation free within the city. The hotel is located on Grosspeterstrasse where you can easily find the tram stop and go anywhere you want with public transport. I highly recommend this hotel to the tourists who want to explore this beautiful city.

We booked here after abandoning our apartment air BnB in the heatwave as we needed some air con. The hotel was very clean, very comfortable, the staff were very friendly, the coffee machine in the room was nice, spacious bathroom. We just found the restaurant didn’t have something we would all eat as a family with kids. It’s just a short walk to the tram stop as well to get into the centre of town. Would stay again if we came back to Basel.
