Great place to stay

Great hostel pretty close to the city center. Very clean and comfortable. Spacy rooms. Amazing service with possibility to get food in the evening. Very good breakfast that is included in the price. Free public transport ticket. My best recommendations!

Highly recommend. Great location, very clean

Location was great. Right near the river. 20min walk to train station. Staff was really nice. Hostel was very clean. The rooms were big enough and very clean as well. Breakfast was very good. Only annoying thing is that you have to pay for a towel. But overall one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in.

Jag har bott på detta vandrarhem en gång tidigare och visste att jag inte kunde sova i den övre sängen. Jag bad att därför få reservera undersängen och blev jätteglad när receptionisten sa att en undersäng var reserverad till mig. Jättestort plus! Incheckningen är smidig, personalen mestadels trevlig och hjälpsam och helt okej kostnadsfri frukost. Förvaringsskåpen är stora nog åt både en Kånkenryggsäck och en medelstor resväska. Detta är toppen! Läget i Basel är även det bra. Jag var i Basel för julmarknaden denna gång och det är en 10 minuters promenad. Denna gång fick jag dessutom dela rum med en väldigt trevlig kvinna i min ålder. Även om jag inte kunnat välja rum för endast kvinnor har jag båda gångerna jag besökt detta vandrarhem hamnat i rum med endast kvinnor. Det uppskattar jag jättemycket.

Tutto ottimo. Siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza. Il centro storico di Basilea è dietro l'angolo e la stazione Basel Sbb si raggiunge facilmente a piedi o in tram. Design molto particolare, a noi è piaciuto tanto. Colazione super.

Eurovision Song Contest

Jag åkte till Basel för att uppleva ESC. Detta vandrarhem har ett jättebra läge i en mysig del av staden. Personalen jättetrevlig och hjälpsam. Bra frukost. Bra möjlighet till trygg förvaring av väskor innan incheckning och efter utcheckning. Stora, låsbara skåp i rummen där både en stor resväska samt Kånken-ryggsäck får plats. Framförallt kände jag mig väldigt trygg på detta vandrarhem. Det är det absolut viktigaste för mig när jag bor på vandrarhem. Enda negativa var sängarna. Jag kunde inte sova i övre sängen med undre sängen gick utan problem så om jag vet att jag kan få den undre sängen skulle jag absolut bo här igen.

Tolle Jugendherberge!

Ich war gemeinsam mit einer Freundin in der Jugendherberge und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Das gesamte Team ist außerordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent, die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Alles ist sehr gut organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!👍

Belle découverte à Bâle

Chambre double très propre et confortable, mais plus petite que l'impression donnée par les photos. J'ai adoré le style industriel du bâtiment, mais il faut admettre que c'est assez écho avec tout ce béton. Heureusement pour nous, c'était très calme lors de notre séjour. Petit déjeuner inclus fort bienvenu. J'y retournerai lors de mes prochains séjours à Bâle.
