Had it scheduled and got a message to contact the owner prior to getting there so we could get instruction son how to get in. Took a few tries to get the owner but when we did we found out the owner had no idea we were staying there and the house had been closed and winterized. "The room and property were very clean. There was plenty of parking available. The only issue I had was no elevator. My son is on crutches for a broken foot and had a hard time getting up the stairs. They were booked for a convention and all rooms on the 1st floor were taken so we only had an option of the 2nd floor. I understand a small hotel in a small town but had there been an emergency, we would have been in trouble. Other than that, we had a nice stay. "
