“Great location. Quirky cottage. The dining & lounge rooms were a bit tight. The rest of the cottage was surprisingly spacious.”

“Easy check in (although I did have to prompt in advance via email to receive door and box code details). Room was clean (bathroom could be better, lots of hair in the shower door) and well provisioned. Location is excellent and nearby council parking on Rockingham Street is such an advantage in the city centre. My room faced Division Street- quiet in winter after students have keft, probably noisy in summer. However, I know this, know Sheffield and would stay again. Good value and good service……

“Ray was an extremely friendly and helpful host. The pool and hot tub were perfect both having water at the right temperature for us.We were blessed with plenty of sunshine on days 2 & 3 of our 3 day break towards the end of November and enjoyed great walks.The cottage is very well equipped and had everything we needed, very much a 5 star stay.”

“Great location , friendly discreet staff . Good size rooms of a good standard and I overslept and they extended my check out by 1 hour free id charge. Amazing.! I booked it thru Hotels.com app. It's my new go to app for travel related bookings after the poor treatment I got from Booking.con who refused me a refund on a booking that I couldn't use because the owner has changed the code on the key box and not updated this information on booking.con. I will not be using them again. I can recommend……

“I was a little concerned that check in info, including teh address, was to be provided only 3 hours before check-in time, but in the event it all worked out fine. The apartment is not fancy, but comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped.”

“Very clean, really beautiful studio. Just be aware if on rooms 11 or higher you are on the 2nd floor and staircase is a bit tricky ”

“Excellent studio apartment with all the facilities you'd need for a short stay, in a clean, modern building and at a great price. Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful. Would definitely stay again next time in Sheffield.”
