"I recently was staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. "Super nice staff. Tv in my room did not show all the channels, someone arrived immediately to fix it. They offered to move me to another room. Very accommodating. Two minutes from the airline checkin. Very convenient for odd hour flights. Impressive breakfast buffet. Friendly staff at every corner. "

"The location is great, at the heart of Izmir. The staff super friendly and helpful, they were there when I arrived at 2 am, took my luggage to the room and didn't bother even though my card didn't process the payment. I paid next morning. Free coffee and tea is available in the lounge all day, a small cosy restaurant with a table just at the door of the second entrance. Will definitely stay there again. "
