「Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. 「We had a wonderful week. House was well equipped, beautiful and slept 10 of us very comfortably. St. Kitts is a beautiful island and we did and saw so much. It’s very easy to get around and the people we are amazing. The only downside is that the walkable beach to the house is not regularly maintained and had a lot of seaweed. We still enjoyed it and drove a few minutes to the Caribbean beaches.」

「We love Calypso Bay Villas. This villa was wonderfully relaxing. While no one was onsite when we arrived, we appreciated the easy communication with the property manager. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon when stores were closed, so we appreciated that the host left fresh food in the fridge.」

「So wifey and I got back from a week in St. Kitts at Penny and Rick’s amazing villa where we spent a week celerating her birthday. It's hard to put in words how great this place is. On the East end with almost zero traffic except for the other peeps that are staying in the area. Ridiculously quiet!! First off, the pool! Arguable one of the best private pools we've enjoyed in the many Carib VRBO's weve rented on multiple islands. Very clean. A perfect temo and a view of the sea and Nevis to die...

「This property was a great location. Easy to walk to grocery stores and several restaurants as well as the Marriott. It was very easy to catch a taxi to get to other parts of the island. 「The infinity pools were clean, refreshing and beautiful. The beach was very nice and quiet. I woke up early twice, to watch the sun rise over large hills. Absolutely worth it! My wife and I went with two other couples in May of 2024. I felt like we had the hotel all to our selves. It was awesome! The staff was very polite and accommodating. Next time we plan to take advantage of more complementary activities at the hotel.」
