"The hotel was convenient for our stay in Cincinnati. We attended a theater show and Cincinnati Reds game. However, we specifically picked the hotel because it was one of the few downtown that advertised a pool and our granddaughter was with us. When we took her to the pool, the water was very very cold. I’m assuming it’s not heated. Also, the room that the pool was in was extremely cold. Family after family came down during the time we had our granddaughter in the pool and then left with disappointed children because of the temperature of the room and the pool. My granddaughter braved the cold water for a short time, but it was extremely disappointing. "
