「The location was excellent, with beautiful views overlooking the town and the river. Jeff was an outstanding host—very responsive, communicative, and easy to work with throughout our stay. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Our favorite part, however, was the back porch and balcony. It was the perfect place to relax, and each day we were treated to the sight of a family of deer spending time in the backyard. It made...

「It was a wonderful conversion, how ever they have an extra large chair on the property and people just kept walking up, interrupting conversion on the deck attached. There is also ZERO SHADE on the deck. Hard to enjoy with heat and people constantly park right next to the place you're paying high$$$$ and zero privacy. The bed was so bad I slept in my vehicle!! Definitely upgrades and attention to detail lacking. Thumbs down 150%!!!! Will not revisit!」

「The property is adorable! Very nice, every thing was new and comfortable. The bed was so soft and snuggly. The air conditioner worked well. The hot tub pavilion area was our favorite with string lights and rocking chairs. Such a relaxing way to connect. To note- the hot tub area is shared between two properties. Was not an issue at all, but I didn’t realize it when I booked. There is absolutely no service as well (we enjoyed that aspect, but again something to note!). We will definitely be back!」

「The listing photos are older and don’t do justice to the actual room. The updates they’ve made are beautiful and not only meet practical needs, but also create a calm, serene atmosphere. The bed was honestly the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on!Outside, the full-size gas grill and grilling utensils were a great feature that we fully took advantage of during our stay. 「Host was extremely friendly, helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had. House was excellent for our family gathering with lots of room. Upstairs was a perfect open concept for the adults to gather inside or on the upper deck. The downstairs and backyard was ideal for the cousins to play, keeping the children's laughter from interrupting adult conversations. Having a bbq pit available was a plus. 「Danny is a good communicator. I had quite a few questions prior to arrival that he answered quickly. The parking in front of our room wasn't ideal for two motorcycles due to the loose gravel and awkward transition from the street to the parking area, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice perk. If we decide to go down to Grafton again, I will definitely look into staying here.」
