The staff were really nice. The accommodations are actually a college dorm room. Staff were helpful to find a fan due to no air conditioning in the building. The college kids do the best they can but don’t have the resources they need. The lift was out of order and it was unseasonably hot for the area. Our room was on the 4th floor.

The room we got was above the outdoor patio and the main intersection. This meant that we got a lot of traffic noise as well as loud conversatinos even past 3:00am. Staff will take care of complaints of on-property but have no way to control street noise. We were in the room when the temperatures were high but leaving the windows open night was not an option due to the noise. A fan might help

The check-in staff was amazing. The apartment was exactly what I needed with a refrigerator, sink and lots of space. It could’ve been a bit cleaner as I found numerous hairs throughout the room. Ample towels were provided, and the bedding appeared to be new. Once again, I can’t stress how lovely the check-in staff were. It’s a very nice location with a lot of amenities. Cleanliness was the only negative which took one star off the rating.
