"This is a charming hotel in a convient walking location to restaurants and the lake. The beds are only ok and the TV was limited but the showers were hot and the balcony had a lovely view."

"Travelling from Milan Malpensa airport by train to Baveno it couldn’t have been easier to get to Hotel Elvezia, just a five minute walk away. A friendly welcome and drop off of our bags in our lovely, clean room and it was off to get our bearings in Baveno. The lake itself is only 150 metres away, with restaurants, bars, shops etc on the front by the main boat ferries and bus stops.
