Well located , facing the lake, within walking distance of the centre. Request a high floor if you book a lake view, lower floors have a restricted view due to trees etc. Extremely helpful front desk staff.

Nous étions arrivés en avance, la chambre n’était pas prête, mais le personnel a fait tout le nécessaire pour que nous ayons une chambre. Ils ont même upgreadé notre réservation. Le personnel est très gentil et agréable.

L accueil du gérant en français, il est très respectueux et prend à cœur le bien être de ses clients. Toujours de bons conseils, vous vous sentirez comme à la maison grâce à l ensemble des équipes. L hôtel est très bien placé, proche des commodités et des transports. Un grand parking gratuit est à votre disposition en arrivant, ce qui est loin d être toujours le cas dans d autres établissements. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff: lovely, helpful, welcoming, it was one of the best stays we’ve experienced. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and above all, our deep gratitude to the owner, Renzo. The hotel is right across Villa Fedora park and beach, and the view from the room was fantastic. Our room was clean and kept so everyday, breakfast was delicious (with lots of choices). Definitely recommend!

Accueil très chaleureux et petites attentions nous ont agréablement surpris. Chambre à la décoration un peu datée mais très propre avec une superbe vue sur le lac. Personnel très efficace, compétent et agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux et bien servi. Hôtel bien situé à deux pas des navettes pour les îles et du centre ville. Certainement une très bonne adresse !
