Cedar Oak Cabin

We stayed at your cabin for the 4th of July weekend. We really enjoyed the location and had a great time. We took our boat down and we were able to keep it tied to the dock which was very nice. There was a lot of boat traffic on the creek but that was to be expected. Great place and great hosts. Would definitely come back again.

A new experience for a Texas Native

This cabin on the water is a pure delight. We spent the entire weekend and never really wanted to leave the cabin. (Although, we did take the short drive down to the beach for a long walk) The kitchen had everything we needed, and the back porch area was perfect for evening stargazing and morning coffee. We used both bedrooms even though it was just the two of us. One was more cozy and secluded near the open area and the other had windows that we could open and have the morning sunlight on us. It was so relaxing just being there, that we didn't get to try the paddle boats or kayaks that are provided. I absolutely want to come back with a larger group now that the weather is getting cooler. The place can easily and comfortably fit two adult couples and five or six kids.
